Refund policy
In the unlikely occurrence that the event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Non Refundable Tickets
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise preventing your attendance, however, to ensure the event runs seamlessly, we must implement a no-refund policy.

All tickets purchased for our events are non-refundable, however you may transfer them to someone else.

Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us immediately.
​
We will make every effort to help you find someone to transfer your ticket to.
​
If you choose to sell outside of the official Book Lush ticketing system, Book Lush Events cannot be held responsible for second-hand sales.
​
If you have purchased a fraudulent ticket, outside of our original ticketing system that we have set in place, it will not be honored.

This policy is in place to prevent scams.

Waitlist
The waitlist will only open after all admission tickets have been sold. Refunds will not be available until the waitlist is activated and participants have begun to register.

The waitlist has a limited number of spots for participants. We will send out a mass email to inform those wishing to be on the waitlist.

Cut-Off For Ticket Transfers
The cut-off date for ticket transfers is two months prior to the event date. After this point, transfers will no longer be possible.

Add-On Refunds & Transfers
All add-ons are non refundable, however they may be transferred with your ticket. Add ons such as the photoshoot may be transferred individually to someone on the waitlist.
